This hotel is super and looks like a log cabin, which is so perfect for the vibe of the location. Very quiet at night. The front desk team was super helpful and incredibly friendly and gave amazing suggestions for hiking and locations not to miss. The tips were very appreciated, especially for the sunrise at Lake Moraine trip. Breakfast was great and had different choices every day for hot meal. It is across from the Three Bears Brewery (great food) and one block off of the main street of Banff. The location could not have been better as it was at the beginning of the town, so we walked up one side and down the other. Loved love loved the location. This hotel also had an underground garage parking which was fantastic. The room was very comfortable including the bed, which was perfect. The rustic vibe including a mountain bed made of giant logs and even the bedding had a gorgeous mountain pattern to add to the ambiance. We booked a courtyard room which was perfect (we didn't pay to upgrade to a balcony). I would stay here again in a heartbeat and have already recommended to friends.

The is hotel was very central. If you have a car it’s imperative to book a car park which you have to pay extra for, but worth the hassle of not having to do something with your car as the carpark is very busy. Luckily we had booked a park as there were no more available the two nights we stayed. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve experienced in Canada. The decor had a tea mountain lodge feel, a bit like being in Goldilocks’s house. You couldn’t get a more central hotel for restaurants and shopping. We used the laundry which was two coin operated washers and coin operated dryer. Lovely little balcony with view of mountains

The location was excellent, the beds were comfortable and the coffee was lovely. It was clean with friendly and helpful staff and the house keeping service was spot-on.

The location in town was perfect - just off the main street. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and asked to help us even before we knew we needed it. The beds were very comfortable and the room size was generous. They had a water bottle filler near the ice machine which we took full advantage of. We did return to stay again as we appreciated it so much the first time.

The staff are helpful and super friendly! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. My 3rd floor room had a King bed and a vaulted ceiling which made it feel cozy and extremely spacious at the same time. Lovely mountain views. Located close to the street so expect traffic and people noise - earplugs were an added touch though I did not need them. Complementary breakfast was a great to start the day. The head staff member in The Breakfast Nook handled a medical emergency in a calm, caring, and very professional way. I would highly recommend Brewster Mountain Lodge to anyone seeking a casual and relaxing mountain getaway.

We had an amazing experience with Brewster Mountain Lodge! Our first booking had to be canceled because our flight was canceled just six hours before departure. Brewster Mountain Lodge was incredibly helpful and understanding. They gave us a full refund without any hassle. We were so grateful for their kindness during a stressful time. Thankfully, we got a second chance to visit Banff, and of course, we booked again at Brewster Mountain Lodge. Our stay was fantastic! The room was cozy and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. It truly felt like a comforting meal made by mom. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the lady at the breakfast nook was especially kind and welcoming. Overall, we absolutely loved our experience at Brewster Mountain Lodge. We feel so lucky to have stayed there and are already looking forward to our next visit!

I wanted a lodge feel not a hotel feel and I wanted to be right downtown in Banff for all the conveniences on the feel of the area. So glad I had a washer and dryer that I did take advantage of, but they need to fix the other dryer.

The location of this hotel couldn't be more perfect. It is very centrally located. Staff was very friendly. I appreciated that breakfast was included and available early (6am). Very comfortable beds.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Due to roadworks, entrance to the hotel was tricky but we were given prior instructions about what to do. Parking onsite was a great plus. The reception staff gave us loads of tips about what to visit, where to eat and drink, etc. The bedroom was spotless and we loved the wooden decor and the view of the snowcapped mountains. The free breakfast every morning offered plenty of choices and the food was delicious.

Location was the best! It is very convenient to everything. Our balcony overlooked Sulphur Mountain, which was great to see the moment you open your balcony door. The complimentary Breakfast Nook exceeded my expectations. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were all warm and always ready to provide a great service.
